Located in the heart of the Serrallés sector, specifically in the street Cova Filomena Gomez opposite the park "Forest of Life", was built on a plot of about 1,220 m2 approx.
The site was used as follows:
• Access, circulation, parking, lobby and support areas and services on the first level.
• From the second to the sixth level type apartments.
• Seventh and eighth levels penthouses.
In this project, we developed a very particular pattern of two apartments per floor and two penthouses per floor, on two levels. Both blocks operate independently, with access lobby and vertical circulation and arrival hall.
Forest Tower has 10 type apartments and 2 penthouse of 320m2 and 500m2 respectively.
The roof area holds some common services, such as stretching areas, hydropneumatic equipment, etc..
In the arrangement of the housing areas, we took advantage of the best views towards the park, especially the social areas. It has large openings with doors leading balconcetes.
The Tower is opened so impressive to the corner of the street Jose Amado Soler, where - in addition - the we took advantage of the best breezes and sunlight orientation for each of their areas.
The floor plan has a fluid scheme, which integrates all social areas. The bedrooms are areas with absolute privacy.
The penthouses have internal vertical circulation and were designed according to the needs of their owners.
The building has a rich façade crafted on three distinct levels.
It has a plinth worked with rustic elements and materials. An intermediate level more elaborated, consisting of five levels surmounted by a cornice of simple lines. The upper level has a greater simplicity in the completion of the walls, but topped with a ledge formed by vertical brackets.
The metal cover which ends the tower, is the second level of the penthouse. The attic rooms have windows topped by arches.
The style of this tower has a large Italian and French influences.
The orange color ocher walls evokes the Italian Tuscany, and the green metal roofs of french palaces.
