Followed by six floors of apartments, the seventh floor or penthouse is an apartment type with slight modifications, and access to certain social areas in the ninth level.
The scheme of the plant has the lift and stair core placed laterally (West), from where it communicates with the service areas and the lobby of the apartment.
Both the lobby and the family be placed in the central part of the scheme on the ground, a large current flows from the areas of services to private and social areas.
All social areas have views to the park, both to the North and to the East, the same are interconnected for versatility in use.
It has a living room, study, terrace with 2 rooms and dining room with doors type "pocket-door", for integration - or not - at some point.
The bedrooms are reached through a sitting room and this - at the same time - is connected to the pantry.
All the possibilities of functional relationships were integrated into the design.
The tower has a beautiful volumetry with special details that accentuate the lines of it, such as moldings on the bottom of the window (sill) front and side, vertical lace edges the "bay-window" of the study, cornices in central façade balconies and ledges at different levels.
The more elaborate detail is the 8th crowning cornice. Level, which in its front and center is interrupted to be placed higher up, in order to prioritize the central volume of the facade.
The building has an influence of the Victorian architecture in volumetry and in the treatment of details.
The orange ocher color gives it a unique beauty.
The entire assembly has great class and elegance, which makes it unique and special.
