Located in the exclusive sector of Serrallés of this city, in an area of approximately 950 m2, t he project developed a system of two apartments per floor, separated by the core access and vertical circulation.
The first level has the pedestrian and vehicular access, lobby, vestibule, service and support areas.
The tower has 5 levels of apartments (10 apartments) and two penthouses of two levels each.
The apartment type has social and dining areas integrated, half bathroom, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, walk-in closet, kitchen and other service units.
The first level of the pent-house has a large double height hall, with private staircase to the second level. On this level you can find as well the covered terrace and services areas. The second level includes the family room , bedrooms and terrace.
In the ceiling are tended areas, deposits and common services.
The façade was worked on two levels: plinth level, which corresponds to the first floor, with rustic materials finishes, plastering *violinado* with simple details in the moldings and cornices, and coral-casting coatings.
The other level of façade comprises five stories and two pent-houses, worked alike and topped by a crown of ample proportions and gentle curves.
On this level the gaps are each independently worked. A typology for doors with spacious jambs balconcetes and simple cornices. The windows are mostly framed, in simple style. The latter gave the façade an interesting play of light and shadow.
The building has a distinct Italian influence, especially in the area of the pent-houses, as well as the elements and details used in general.
The light ocher color walls, moldings, cornices and other elements - with texture achieved with the mixture of crushed marble and patina with oil - in contrast to the red of the roof tiles, iron work - are harmonized in their facades. The result is serene, sober and very elegant.
